These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Slap Boss (Tat Sep De Thang Chuc) (the "Game"). By creating an account or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. These Terms apply to all versions of the Game, including those distributed through Microsoft Store, CrazyGames, and any other platform we make the Game available on.
The Game involves real-money purchases and is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, make a purchase, or otherwise use the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account.
You must register an account to play. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether or not you authorized it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, is used fraudulently, or violates these Terms.
The Game uses an in-game balance ("Virtual Currency") that you top up with real money. Virtual Currency is used to purchase in-game items, boosts, and fast-tracks.
Top-ups are one-way. Once converted to Virtual Currency, your payment cannot be refunded, exchanged, withdrawn, cashed out, or converted back into real money or any other item of real-world value, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in cases of a verified billing error.
Virtual Currency has no monetary value outside the Game, cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or traded, and is not a deposit, an investment, or a financial product of any kind. Your balance only decreases when you choose to spend it on something in the Game — it is never reduced by a game outcome, loss, or wager.
We may offer promotional bonuses (such as the new-player registration bonus) at our discretion. Bonus balances are subject to the same non-withdrawable terms as purchased balance.
Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay, PayPal, VietQR, supported cryptocurrency processors, and the native billing systems of Microsoft Store and Apple where applicable. Each provider's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by a payment provider, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve a failed or disputed transaction.
All purchase amounts are validated against our official price list at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or the applicable local currency and may change at any time; the price shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
You agree not to:
Violating this section may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any remaining Virtual Currency balance, without refund.
The Game, including its characters, artwork, text, music, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Game without our written permission.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of Virtual Currency due to account suspension resulting from a violation of these Terms. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Vietnamese consumer protection law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may stop using the Game and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
Because Virtual Currency is non-withdrawable, termination of your account does not entitle you to a cash refund of any remaining balance, except where required by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you access the Game from another country, you are also responsible for complying with local laws that apply to you.
We will try to resolve any dispute informally first — contact us using the details below. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Vietnam, unless applicable law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms as the Game or legal requirements change. We will revise the date at the top of this document when we do, and for material changes we will provide notice in-game or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Game after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at: support@slapboss.online.
This document is a draft prepared for review. Before publishing it to any store, have it reviewed by a lawyer familiar with Vietnamese consumer and e-commerce law and the laws of any other market where the game will be sold — particularly to confirm the real-money top-up mechanic described here is lawful in each target market.
