This policy explains what Slap Boss (Tat Sep De Thang Chuc) collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. The game is published for players in Vietnam and internationally, and is distributed through Microsoft Store and CrazyGames, with Google Play planned for a future release. This policy applies to all versions of the game and takes effect on the date shown above.
Account information. Username, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password).
Wallet and game data. Your in-game balance, transaction history, level and job progress, and challenge completion records.
Payment information. When you make a purchase, our payment processors (Stripe, MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay, PayPal, VietQR, cryptocurrency processors, and store-specific systems for Microsoft Store and Apple) handle your card or account details directly. We do not store your full card number, bank account number, or wallet private keys. We retain a record of the transaction itself: amount, date, method, and a status (success, failed, refunded).
Device and technical data. IP address, device type, operating system, and basic usage logs, collected automatically for security and troubleshooting.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising profiles beyond the ad-network functionality described below.
All purchases are handled by licensed third-party payment processors, not by us directly: Stripe, MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay, PayPal, VietQR, supported cryptocurrency processors, and the native billing systems of Microsoft Store and Apple when purchases are made through those stores. Each processor has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your payment details, and we encourage you to review the one that applies to your chosen payment method.
Our server validates every purchase amount against our own price catalog before applying it to your wallet, and keeps an audit record of each transaction for fraud prevention and dispute resolution. On platforms that require it (such as Google Play, when we launch there), purchases of in-game currency and digital items will go through that platform's own billing system instead.
Passwords are stored using scrypt hashing with a unique salt per account; we never store or have access to your plain-text password. Session tokens are generated using cryptographically secure methods and expire after a period of inactivity.
Account and wallet data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep transaction records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (typically a period set by applicable financial regulations).
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including access controls on administrative accounts and server-side validation of all purchases and balance changes. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to use a unique password for your account.

Slap Boss involves real-money purchases and is not directed at children. The game is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has created an account, we will take steps to delete that account and associated data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details below.
You may be accessing Slap Boss from Vietnam or from other countries, and your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your home country. We take steps to protect your data consistent with this policy regardless of where it is processed.
If you are a resident of Vietnam, your data is also subject to Vietnam's Personal Data Protection decree, including requirements around consent, cross-border transfer, and breach notification.
